Waste Handling in Tall Buildings Has Been a Problem Until Now

From a central location on each floor of the building tenants can easily take care of their waste by depositing it in a dedicated chute/hopper system built into the building. This solid waste is collected at the bottom of the chute by a 450SSRC or a 700SSRC and is automatically compacted into an easily removable cube for quick disposal by your janitorial/housekeeping staff. A cube full indicator system alerts the staff when it is time to remove the cube and take it's contents to the dumpster.

Easy Access

Housekeeping can easily access the front of the compactor to manually load solid waste directly into the compaction chamber. A heavy-duty cart is provided as an efficient method of removing the full cube to place into the building's dumpster.
