A tremendous amount of time and research has been put into manufacturing the best compactor on the market. Other manufacturers charge extra for most or all of the following features. Some features are simply not available on any other compactor. Items 1-9 are also standard features on our Stationary Compactors. All of these standard features greatly reduce your cost of ownership as well as allow us to deliver you a truly LEAK PROOF compactor.

1) PLC Controller - Eliminates the need for mechanical limit switches and controls all functions on the compactor.

2) 15 ft. remote control pack.

3) 80% and 100% Full Indicators.

4) Key operated switch, multi-cycle selector and selector for 'Forward', 'Reverse' and 'Auto'.

5) Emergency Stop Switch.

6) Fluid Filled 3000 PSI Pressure Gauge.

7) Oil Temperature and Sight Gauge.

8) Reservoir containing Submersible Power Unit with Automatic Low Oil Shut Down.

9) Triple Hinge Rear Door with 3/4" Full Seal.

10) EXCLUSIVE - Rear Door Bottom Latch. Operated by a secondary ratchet system, these latches keep the door tight against the frame during the compaction cycle. They also prevent gaps from forming due to any metal fatigue throughout the life time of the compactor.

11) Sump Drains - Right and Left side 4" drains allow users the option to drain the compactor of all liquids prior to being taken to the land fill. Water weighs 8.34 Lbs. per gallon, our NSC-200-35 can hold up to 980 gallons of liquid. By removing this liquid your compactor will weigh less at the scales which translates into a lower hauling bill.
