Our PreCrushers provide all the processing power of a traditional compactor and more. With an industry best 28" of ram penetration, these precrushers easily crush wood skids, crates & process material to a fraction of their original size.

By utilizing a patented stepped press head and reinforced precrushing chamber, we eliminate the need for the hydraulically-powered guillotine used in standard precrushers. This translates into less down time and cycle times twice as fast as a standard precrusher.

Our PreCrushers are constructed with AISI heavy steel plates and components to withstand extreme crushing forces encountered in this type of service. The Logical Motion Control microprocessor card replaces the standard relay panel and performs all operational control.
